White House Offers Terrible Spin Explaining Biden’s Pandemic Comments

Many were shocked by Joe Biden’s bold statement that the COVID-19 pandemic is over in his interview with 60 Minutes Sunday night.

“The pandemic is over. However, there is still a problem regarding COVID. ”

Biden stated, “If anybody notices, nobody is wearing masks.” “Everyone seems to be in good shape.” This is an excellent example.

The White House tried to retract his comments, and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre offered a horrible explanation for why Joe Biden didn’t actually say what he said.

Let’s take a moment and reflect on the interview. He made these comments during the 60 Minutes interview. He was strolling through Detroit car show halls and was looking around.

Ahh!

She stated, “We must not forget that they last held this event three years ago. While we are discussing the UN General Assembly, UNGA.” The president will speak in a few moments. It hasn’t happened in person for three years, as I mentioned. “So, now we are in a different time. He was consistent in this. It is now easier to manage. ”

She then went on to discuss more points and credit Biden for bringing the pandemic under check despite the fact that the number of cases and deaths rose during his tenure.

Most people have moved on from the pandemic. However, this does not mean that Biden’s COVID strategy failed.

In January, NBC News reported, “The White House’s Covid strategy is increasingly at odds with the reality of a roaring outbreak that is forcing schools close.” A half-dozen former policymakers in the health field told NBC News that the White House must immediately reset its Covid strategy or it will lose its credibility with the public.
