Adam Bennefield, 45 beat his wife to death. Keaira Bennefield, 45, posted the brutal beating on her Facebook page. She wrote: “This is how this man does [sic] to me but I’m always treated as if I’m an abuser!”

Adam Bennefield was convicted of four misdemeanor offenses: second-degree menacing; second-degree unlawful imprisonment; third-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He has been released from jail thanks to the cashless bail laws of the Democrats.

Keaira Bennefield was so afraid of her husband, she wore a bulletproof vest while driving her children to school the next morning. Unfortunately, it was not enough to save her life.
Adam Bennefield was there waiting for her on the highway. He drove his car into hers and approached her with a shotgun. This was less than 24 hours after being released from jail.
Adam Bennefield was previously convicted of kidnapping his ex-partner using a gun. He was released from jail after he was convicted of gun-related offenses and the beating that was captured on video.
Bennefield was taken into custody a week later. He is currently being held without bail. Bennefield is being charged with murder, aggravated criminal contempt, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Although Adam Bennefield was sentenced to 15 years for his previous kidnapping convictions, the judge could not take Adam Bennefield’s prior crimes into account during the arraignment. New York is one of the few states that does not permit a judge to consider a perp’s “dangerousness” when considering bail options.
Cashless bail was created to keep minorities from jail. It was based on the belief that too many black men are being held in prison due to “systemic racism.” The U.S. has a record number of crimes. Ironically, the majority of victims of these crimes are people of color living in large, blue areas.
Gov. Kathy Hochul (D.N.Y.), has problems. She supports cashless bail laws, which are causing most black people to be killed. She called people who point out the rising crime stats “data deniers” recently.
Tammy Hudson, Keaira’s mother, puts the entire blame for Keaira’s death squarely on Hochul.
Hudson stated that she should be charged with the crime. Hudson stated to the New York Post that she was also responsible for the crime.
Lee Zeldin is Hochul’s Republican rival. Some polls show him leading.
Zeldin, if he wins, has pledged to fire Alvin Bragg (the Manhattan commie district attorney), who refuses to send violent criminals to jail. Zeldin plans to declare a “crime crisis” from day one. Zeldin plans to also repeal the cashless bail laws, which allow thugs to terrorize New Yorkers as they please.
