Standing Ovation For DeSantis When He Brings Up Martha’s Vineyard

Governor Ron DeSantis (R.FL) was standing ovation during a rally in Kansas City on Sunday. He spoke about his transport of 50 illegal immigrants from Florida, to the wealthy leftist enclave Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts.

DeSantis spoke at a rally in Olathe (Kansas) for Derek Schmidt, the GOP governor candidate. Last week’s news was dominated by the arrival of immigrants and subsequent efforts to transport them posthaste from wealthy islands.

The southern border is the only place in the country where we see almost no law and order. DeSantis acknowledged that this was a crisis, and he chuckled. It’s getting more attention.”

DeSantis emphasized that this was a crisis, eliciting a standing ovation. It is a crisis. It’s also a manufactured crisis due to Biden’s failed policies.”

DeSantis spoke out about the reactions of Martha’s Vineyard residents to illegal immigrants. He said, “You’re only talking about 50 people.” Did they get jobs for them? They got them started? No. They called the National Guard, and they immediately deported the people from the island.

DeSantis also said that he was aware of how loyal Kansans were to their Kansas City Chiefs. He joked that the organizers of the rally said, “They wanted it to be held on Sunday afternoon, and I replied, ‘The Kansas City Chiefs should not be playing.”

DeSantis supported Schmidt and said to the crowd: “You have a legislature that will produce a lot of good legislation. All you need is a governor to sign the legislation. You guys can make it happen.”

DeSantis has been spending a lot of money to support GOP candidates across the country. He spoke hours after the Kansas event at a Wisconsin rally for Tim Michels, the GOP’s gubernatorial candidate. DeSantis declared that immigration was “on the November ballot.” He stated that “This border issue is now an issue during these elections.” CNN reported that he believes it is something our candidates should take.

Michels praised DeSantis and called him “a man who was willing to take the tough decisions.”

According to The Daily Wire, Ron DeSantis (R-Florida Governor) raised $177.4 Million. This is more than any governor in American history. DeSantis isn’t being greedy as he is giving millions of dollars to down-ballot Republicans in order to increase their state legislature majority.
