As we previously reported, banking records obtained by the House Oversight Committee regarding Biden family associates revealed that John Robinson “Rob” Walker, a business associate of Hunter Biden’s whose wife served as Jill Biden’s assistant, made payouts to Hunter, Jim, and Hallie Biden, as well as an as yet “unnamed” Biden, totaling over $1 million between 2015 and 2017. Those payouts came after Walker received $3 million from State Energy HK Limited, a firm affiliated with Chinese Communist Party-backed energy company CEFC China Energy.
Two months later, Joe Biden resigned from his position as vice president. State Energy HK, a Chinese company, wired $3,000,000 for Robinson Walker, LLC. Robinson Walker, LLC wired $1,065,000 for European Energy and Infrastructure Group, a business associated with James Gilliar, a Hunter Biden partner and involved in foreign transactions on behalf of the Biden family.
The Biden family received $1,065,692 over three months in different bank accounts. These funds were sent to Hunter Biden’s firm, Hallie Biden, and an unnamed “Biden”.
The money arrived quickly after Joe Biden’s departure. The Committee wanted to understand why it went to different accounts and why Robinson Walker, LLC received it first (seemingly acting like a “pass-through” bank account). Robinson Walker, LLC received it first. It seemed like it was a “pass-through” account ).
These payouts raise many concerns. James Comer (R-KY), Chair of the Oversight Committee, has promised to continue investigating these and other Biden family financial transactions.
Fox News reports Walker visited the White House 16 more times during Joe Biden’s tenure as Vice President.

According to the report:
Fox News Digital examined visitor logs to find that John R. Walker, a former Clinton administration official and husband of Betsy Massey Walker, was twice listed as having visited the White House in 2009. He was also listed twice and five times in 2012, respectively. Betsy Massey Walker was Jill Biden’s top aide.
Fox News Digital repeatedly reached back to the White House asking for confirmation. They requested more than a dozen dates that showed a John R. Walker having visited the White House during Obama’s administration. They didn’t respond.
Walker met with many Obama-Biden officials during his visits.
Walker was listed as having been in the White House to meet with David Lane on May 13th. Lane is the Counselor to then-President Obama and his assistant to his chief staff. Fox News Digital revealed that Lane was a long-time associate with Walker and Hunter Biden. Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s long-term business associate, visited the White House at most 27 times during the Obama/Biden presidency.
Walker and Lane had met at the White House just two days before Hunter invited Lane to his barbecue. Lane replied, “Looking forward, Hunter, we will be seeing you soon. ”
This report details the e-mail conversations Hunter Biden, Lane, and Walker had with one another. Walker was Hunter’s surrogate. He acted “around the country and abroad pursuing opportunities” and provided additional information about Walker’s many trips.
Lane’s White House visit was not the only one. The White House listed seven of the visits under tours of White House grounds. Two of the seven visits were listed under tours of White House grounds.
Visitor logs show that Walker was at Joe Biden’s VPR staff dinner in October 2011. Hunter Biden’s family abandoned laptop indicates that Walker’s wife, Jill Biden (second lady), worked for the Office of the Vice President until 2013. According to her use of government email, Walker’s emails were taken from the laptop.
While there are many questions about the Biden family business dealings, it is becoming clearer how Walker and Biden got along. Walker funneled foreign money through his family to Biden relatives for unknown reasons. This is despite Joe Biden claiming that he did not know anything about Hunter’s business dealings.
“In the beginning, the White House denied having any knowledge or the fact that their family was involved in any sort of way, shape, or form with the CCP. But now we have bank records that reveal otherwise,” Rep. Comer told host Maria Bartiromo on Sunday. “We don’t know what the Bidens did in return for this money. The lawyer said that it was seed capital for a business. We haven’t been able to find a business. Right now it looks like the Biden family just pocketed this money.”
Rob Walker’s concerns that Tony Bobulinski would “bury all of us” when he came forward in the fall of 2020 to shed light on the family’s business dealings may not have been entirely correct. But the paper trail being uncovered just might.
We must not forget it.
