Jamie Foxx is still in the hospital after a “medical complication.” He needs our prayers.
Charlie Mack asked his Instagram followers to keep Foxx in their thoughts over the weekend.
“I need you all to constantly keep our beloved brotha @iamjamiefoxx up whom we all [love] & care for dearly in our Hearts, Minds & Prayers!!!! We need you back Bro. As I always state a true champion isn’t the one that wins, it’s the one that meets & overcomes adversity,” he expressed.
“Your test becomes your testimonial!” “We are all looking forward to your return, to celebrate and laugh with you,” said he.
The post ended with him praying: “I am humbled to beg, ask and plead for your healing powers over our brother, @iamjamiefoxx at this time. I must and will thank your gracious humble servant in advance.”
Foxx’s representative has not responded to our request for comment immediately.
In an Instagram post the following day, Foxx’s parents revealed that their son “experienced a medical complication”. At the time, Foxx was filming “Back in Action” with Cameron Diaz and Glenn Close in Atlanta.
Corinne Foxx posted on Instagram: “Thanks for swift action and excellent treatment, he is already on the path to recovery.”

Foxx has not been able to release much information since the complications occurred. A previous source had told Entertainment Tonight that Foxx “healed” and was “feeling everyone’s love”.
Foxx is, according to reports still being treated at a Georgian Hospital. People Magazine reported that a source said the actor was “undergoing tests”. ”
Nick Cannon is Foxx’s close friend and co-performer. He revealed to the public a little more than a month ago, that Foxx gave him permission to speak about his health.
Cannon said about Foxx: “I was initially reluctant to go there and discuss it. He gave me his blessing. It’s gorgeous. They say that he’s alert. We love it. ”
