Elon Musk Says Twitter’s Success Requires Extremely Hardcore Workers Who Put in Long Hours at High Intensity

Workers had until Thursday, 5 p.m. to click a link and express their interest in staying at the company. He threatened that those who did not comply would be fired after three months.

Musk also stated that the company would be more engineering-driven, and that “those who create great code will make the majority of our staff” and have the greatest influence.
