Canadian Government Lists Job For Psychological Operations

This is not a conspiracy theory. The Canadian government posted a job advertisement (archive), asking veterans to train in psychological operations before they go on to training with a “syndicate”, which will teach them the most effective psychological tactics from all over the world.

“Psychological operations” (psyops) typically refers to military/governmental operations that intentionally mislead or confuse the population, often used as a precursor to law changes or military action. As examples, many would point out “false flag events” or misinformation from government sources.

Merriam-Webster defines the term as “military actions that aim to influence enemy mind using noncombative methods such as leaflet distribution.” ”

The “PSYOPS Officer” role seems to include an overview of state psychology operations followed by practical exercises.

According to the listing, students can “apply their PSYOPS training to the [Operational Planning Process] during syndicate exercises.” ”

Dave Rubin’s content has been freed from tech censorship. The Rubin Report can be accessed now.
The program’s graduates will be able advise “all levels of command” on the production and planning of psychological operations, as well as supervise their execution.

Candidate must be a Canadian Forces Forces officer of high rank. For non-commissioned military personnel, this could be a warrant officers (which would take around 10 years) or lieutenant/captain which could take up to 5 years span>

According to the listing, exercises in this role require students to work together and learn from each other. The listing reminds students that instructors closely supervise and monitor their work.

It is unclear if other government officers are included in the training partner syndicate. The listing states that students will learn “best-practices from PSYOPS campaign across the globe span>

The listing ends in a rather mysterious manner, stating that the course “places emphasis on the production cycle and understanding rather than content or outputs.” ”

It is also important to mention the “Whole Government” approach for disaster relief. This refers to collaboration between different government agencies in order to achieve a goal.
