Americans should have been shocked by the attempted assassination of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. People should not resort to violence or killing because of differences in opinions on public policy. Leftist lunatics are losing respect for their basic humanity.
Americans are able to come together after tragedies like natural disasters and mass shootings. Despite this, there are a variety of opinions about political assassinations.
According to a recently released poll, nearly half of male Democrats under the age of 50 (44 %) say it’s acceptable to assassinate a politician “who is harming the country or our democracy,” the highest percentage of any age/gender/party demographic.
Tulchin Research conducted the poll for the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). Nearly a third of younger Democrat and Republican women agreed with the statement as did 40% of younger Republican women.

The most striking aspect of this poll is the generational differences. The poll shows that older men and women are less likely than younger ones to approve of assassinating political opponents.
It is not just about party identification. The younger generation isn’t being taught respect for the lives of others, especially their political enemies. This is dangerous, especially considering the fact that the Democratic Party often accuses Republicans of threats to democracy. However, Chuck Schumer’s violent rhetoric was more dangerous than we thought.
Everyone is going to have different opinions on things, and it is never okay to try to kill someone because they believe differently than you. The world is going to hell in a handbasket, and we have to teach our children right from wrong. Plus, a divided country will never prosper, so get your shit together people. Let’s stop arguing about who believes what, and come up with solutions to real problems. Middle-class Americans can barely survive due to extreme inflation, and I am sure children are going hungry due to this, so it’s time to put our differences aside and push government officials to come up with real solutions instead of giving us bull shit excuses.
