James Lavelle Walley, serial sexual predator, and father to four children got sentenced for sexually assaulting six female victims and two children in an ambulance ride to the hospital. These attacks occurred between 2016 and 2019.
Walley, 57, worked as a paramedic for ASAP Ambulance, Inc. prior to being arrested. Walley pleaded guilty to sexual battery and touching a child for lustful purposes. The sentence of 40 years means that the vile predator will spend the rest of his life in prison. I can’t think of a better way for that SOB to spend his life.

Walley tried to make a pathetic apology to many of his victims, who were present at the sentencing hearing. Walley wept, claiming that he was attacked by other prisoners in the hoosegow. He also had his jaw fractured.
Walley read from a prepared statement. Walley stated to the court, “I want the opportunity to say that I am sorry. I truly am.” Walley then addressed the victims who were present in the courtroom.
“I’m sorry, I am asking and begging you to forgive me”. Walley asked for forgiveness, and the victims and their families wept.
Judge Robert Krebs was not moved by Walley’s apology.
“Even at the plea, even at the plea, the court noted, and even notes today, that the defendant still tried to marginalize these ladies,” Judge Krebs stated to the courtroom.
One of the victims was a pregnant woman who tried to fight Walley off. She lost her baby. Another woman had attempted suicide and was being whisked to the hospital. She was in and out of consciousness as Walley assaulted her.
An ambulance driver suggested that a nurse perform a rape testing kit on the victim who claimed she was assaulted. Although it is not clear who pressured her, the nurse claimed that she was forced to take the test. The victim’s DNA was found in Walley’s blood after she did the test.
Walley will not be released from prison before he turns 97, which is an unlikely date given his age and the treatment that rapists or pedophiles are subject to while in prison. What goes around comes back around; nevertheless, we make our beds and have to lay in them.
